INSPECTIONS

Pre-Purchase Inspection

Normally this would be carried out in conjunction with a building inspection. We provide information regarding, past, present and future possible infestations of termites; what, if any, termite protection is currently in place and life expectancy of that system and recommendations for treatments, if required.

Annual Inspection

Normally an inspection conducted on or before the 12 month anniversary of a treatment to allow the renewal of a service warranty.

Warranty Inspection

A warranty inspection is completed at increments pertaining to a treatment certificate limitation. This could mean instead of the normal yearly inspection, the limitations placed upon a treatment may require an inspection every 3, 4 or 6 months, possibly due to the style of construction or lack of access to the building.

Insurance Inspection

Timber replacement insurance to the value of $100,000.00 is possible for a building, regardless of whether the building has a current termite management system or not. Strict conditions do apply.
